I get asked all the time when I take a trip and stay at an Airbnb, “where are you?” or “Can you please let me know where and what Airbnb you’re staying at?” So, I thought that I would start sharing them here on my blog and let you know all the details about them!
One of the places I enjoy going to frequently is Broken Bow, OK. It’s in the south eastern part of the state and about 3 hours from where I live in OK. It has become quite the tourist attraction and it’s no wonder with Broken Bow Lake, the beautiful scenery and Airbnb population rapidly growing.
I’ve stayed at quite a few different Airbnbs in Broken Bow over the past few years and I will be sharing them all with you!
7 Spanish Angels Cabin
7 Spanish Angels was a cabin that I stayed at earlier this year and it was absolutely gorgeous! It wasn’t as secluded and by itself as much as others but it was still really nice.
It is a pet friendly cabin that has can sleep up to 10 people. It has 2 master suites, a bunk room and both couches are sleeper sofas.

This is when you first walk through the doors into the living / kitchen area. In between the kitchen and living room is a rectangle dining table with chairs.
It has a very roomy kitchen with plenty of counter space and even barstools so everyone can visit while cooking and eating.

I will say the only thing that surprised me was that there was no baking sheets to bake something in the oven on. I actually had to go to Walmart to buy a cookie sheet and pizza pan so I could bake stuff in the oven. I’ve never stayed at a Airbnb that didn’t have them so it kinda was a surprise to me. So just FYI, bring your own cookie sheet (unless they have stocked the kitchen since I stayed.)
This cabin has 2 master king suites, each having it’s own private full bathroom including a tub and walk in shower.

I didn’t take a picture of the inside of the showers but they were extremely nice. There is also a door in each bathroom that connects you to the outside deck making for easy access to the hot tub.
One of my favorite parts about this cabin was the back deck! The grilling area was super nice and it even had a propane fireplace with nice seating around it along with having a hot tub.

Leading out from the main back deck was some stairs and another area that had some seating and these cool swings to sit on. It even had its own fireplace and tv.

One of the main highlights of this cabin is definitely the back deck area which is pretty secluded as opposed to the front side of the cabin that isn’t.
Pros and Cons
Pros of the Spanish Angels cabin
- Pet friendly cabin
- Has a wonderful back deck area
- Has a spacious kitchen
- Is very modern in design and layout
Cons of the Spanish Angels cabin
- Kitchen wasn’t stocked with baking sheets.
- Bunk room is really small and also has the washer and dryer in it.
- Wasn’t as secluded as others I have stayed at.
Overall this was definitely a nice cabin that I would stay at again. If you want to you can CHECK IT OUT ON AIRBNB and maybe plan a vacation for yourself!
