Let’s break it down:

  • The crust: A buttery, crushed Oreo base sets the stage for the layers to come. It’s crunchy, chocolatey, and a perfect contrast to the creamy fillings.
  • The peanut butter layer: This dreamy, velvety filling combines cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar to create a luscious and lightly sweet mousse-like texture. It’s rich without being overwhelming and it balances beautifully with the chocolate.
  • The pudding layer: Silky chocolate pudding is added on top, adding depth and smoothness to the pie. It adds just the right amount of chocolate flavor to complement both the Oreo crust and the peanut butter.
  • The topping: A final layer of whipped topping keeps things light and fluffy, and a garnish of crushed Oreos and peanut butter chips brings it all home.

No-Bake Perfection

One of the best things about this pie? No oven required. You can whip it up in about 20 minutes and then just let it chill in the fridge for a few hours. It’s perfect for warm-weather months when you don’t want to turn on the oven, or any time you need a quick and easy dessert.

Ingredient Swaps

Want to get creative? Here are a few ways to customize this dessert:

  • Swap out regular Oreos for peanut butter Oreos for an extra punch of flavor. You could use any Oreos you would like really.
  • Try using dark chocolate pudding or even a homemade chocolate sauce for a richer twist.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate or peanut butter over the top for a stunning finish.
