If you are tired of creamers that are packed with added ingredients and preservatives, then you will definitely want to give this recipe a try!

To create that classic cinnamon roll flavor, you’ll need just a few pantry staples:

  • Half and half
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter extract

***FUN FACT: Did you know that you can take the base of this recipe (the half and half and the can of sweetened condensed milk) and make any flavor of creamer you want? Just add in vanilla extract for a creamy vanilla creamer or some caramel sauce or syrup to make a caramel creamer. There are so many ways to customize this creamer to your preference!

How to Make Homemade Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl
  2. Using a whisk, beat and mix mixture well, at least for a couple minutes to get all the brown sugar to dissolve.
  3. Transfer to a bottle or jar
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7–10 days or whatever the date is on the half and half.
  5. Shake before using: The cinnamon can settle so always give it a good shake before each use.

How Long Does Homemade Creamer Last?

This homemade cinnamon roll creamer should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoyed within 7–10 days or until the best by date on the half and half. Be sure to shake before each use and give it a sniff or taste if you’re unsure as it’s homemade and preservative free so it won’t last as long as store bought creamers!

Can I Leave The Butter Extract Out?

I can already see some people asking me if they can leave the butter extract out and while you can leave it out, it really adds to the creamer. To me, it helps to make the cinnamon roll flavor really taste like a cinnamon roll.

Because you have all the flavor notes like the cinnamon, the brown sugar and even the buttery goodness so I would highly recommend giving the butter extract a try!
